Dark Horse comics for May 2012: the other cover that stood out was this cover for Lobster Johnson: Burning Hand #5, drawn by Dave Johnson. His understanding of what makes for a good cover (as he talks about at a blog he set up for the purpose of talking about covers) means that the composition here is perfect.
